Please be sure to contact us before taking any actions concerning a return or exchange.
Pre-authorization is required.

Our Returns Policy below, is also provided during check-out.

Refunds and Returns will incur a 15% restocking and handling fee.

By completing the check-out process, you are confirming you have read, understand, and accept Kaboodle Gifts Returns Policy guidelines listed below.

Item(s) lost in transit, damaged or found defective upon receipt, are subject to replacement only. These item(s) will be replaced free of charge. You must notify us via email within three (3) business days of your delivery date.

Please Note:  We conditionally accept returns on defective or damaged items only.  Please read item descriptions before placing an order and know what you are buying.  If you have any questions that are not answered on the product page, please email us Contact Us Here prior to ordering.  All items are guaranteed to arrive free of damage or defects. If an item arrives damaged or defective, you must email us immediately (within 3 days of receipt) with product number, reason for replacement, and photos.  

ALL returned items must be returned and received by our Returns Department within 14 days of YOUR delivery for claims. After 14 days, claims are no longer accepted.

Please be sure to contact us before taking any actions concerning a return. Pre-authorization is required. All returns must be pre-authorized before being accepted. Once pre-authorization is given, you may return an item to us for refund. We must receive your return within 14 days of your delivery date. Shipping and handling costs you incur to ship a product to us are refundable, if you provide us with your receipt of shipment charges.

All returns must be packed in the original box it was received in, along with original packaging materials. Please include the original packing slip, and write the reason for your return on it. Item(s) must be in unused condition.

You will need to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.

In cases of a "damaged or defective" refund, if you paid for your order by credit card, a refund will be issued for your original purchase amount and will appear on your billing statement. If this is the venue you used, please allow up to 2 billing cycles for this refund to be credited. If paid through Paypal, or E-check, a credit will be sent to your Paypal account of record only. Once approved, refunds will be issued within 7 to 14 business days, and paid to the original billing venue: no acceptions.
