Any and ALL returns must have prior authorization.
In cases of a refund, a 20% restocking surcharge will be deducted from your total purchase price.
Fees charged and paid by you, the customer, to ship your purchase back, will NOT be refunded.
Unauthorized returns are not accepted and will result in the package being returned to the sender at their unreimbursed expense.
You must contact us for return instructions and an RMA authorization number.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.
We will replace damaged or defective merchandise only. We do not accept other forms of returns.
All items are guaranteed to arrive free of damage or defects.
If an item arrives damaged or defective, you must email us immediately (within 3 days of delivery) We will need the order number and product number, and pertinent information about the problem in order to authorize a return.
Damaged or defective merchandise is subject to replacement ONLY.

We do not accept returns on personalized items unless they are damaged or defective.
Every attempt is made to resolve any problems as quickly as possible, and Claims are normally processed quickly. However, please allow up to six weeks for a claim to be resolved.
