Returns


  • Please read the item's description entirely and carefully before placing an order.
  • Any and ALL returns must have prior authorization.
  • In cases of a refund, a 20% restocking surcharge will be deducted from your total purchase price.

  • Fees charged and paid by you, the customer, to ship your purchase back, will NOT be refunded.
  • Unauthorized returns are not accepted and will result in the package being returned to the sender at their unreimbursed expense.
  • You must contact us for return instructions and an RMA authorization number.
  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.
  • We will replace damaged or defective merchandise only. We do not accept other forms of returns.
  • All items are guaranteed to arrive free of damage or defects.
  • If an item arrives damaged or defective, you must email us immediately (within 3 days of delivery) We will need the order number and product number, and pertinent information about the problem in order to authorize a return.
  • Damaged or defective merchandise is subject to replacement ONLY.
  • If you have any questions about a particular item, please ask these questions before you make your purchase, by sending an email to us. A 'Contact Us' link can be found on every page within our site.
  • We do not accept returns on personalized items unless they are damaged or defective.
  • Every attempt is made to resolve any problems as quickly as possible, and Claims are normally processed quickly. However, please allow up to six weeks for a claim to be resolved.
