At the current time, we can only ship to the mainland continental United States. (lower 48) Unfortunately, this does NOT include Alaska, Hawaii, APO, or FPO addresses.
We ship using DHL, USPS, UPS, or FedEx: whichever option fits the order best.

No C.O.D.'s are accepted.
No "In House" pick-up is allowed.

We need a physical address to ship to, not a P.O. Box. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. This means we need your physical home address.

We will replace damaged or defective merchandise only. We do not accept other forms of returns.
In cases of a refund, a 20% restocking surcharge will be deducted from your total purchase price.

Every attempt is made to resolve any problems as quickly as possible, and Claims are normally processed quickly. However, please allow up to six weeks for a claim to be resolved.
Items will be engraved, etched, or monogrammed exactly as requested, per individual item's description choices and/or requirements.
Personalized items are made to order with YOUR specifications, so please double check your spelling, capitalization, and other information you provide us, as we are not responsible for incorrect information supplied to us.
