HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

Delivery times vary upon the item ordered. Personalized items naturally take longer to ship. If you would like to order an item and need to know approximately how long it would take to be delivered, simply look at the item's description and you will see the Estimated Delivery Time information listed within each item's description. Please be aware that items that are personalized by painting, engraving, carving, monogramming, or sewing adds time onto the order fulfillment process. Then the shipping and delivery process adds more time onto that. We are NOT responsible for any delays during the shipping or delivery process that are out of our control: such as weather, accidents, manufacturing issues or problems, etc. By placing an order through our Shopping Cart System, you agree to NOT hold us liable for any delays in your order’s Shipment or Delivery.

I RECEIVED MY SIGN DAMAGED, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

For damaged or defective items, please contact us immediately. For our policies on how we handle damaged or defective items upon receipt, please see our Terms of Service page.

I DON'T LIKE WHAT I ORDERED AND WANT A REFUND. HOW DO I GET ONE?

Items that are damaged or defective, are replaced. We do not refund because you decided you don't like your item. We ask that customers use common sense and read each item's description and ask any questions BEFORE making a purchase. Naturally, personalized items are not returnable. Reading our Terms is also beneficial before making a purchase.

WHY DO YOU ONLY SHIP TO CONTINENTAL U.S.?

At this time, we only ship to the continental United States. This does NOT include Alaska or Hawaii or APO/FPO addresses. We apologize if this inconveniences you. Some of the venues that we use to ship, and some of the suppliers we utilize, don't have the ability to ship outside of the US, and unfortunately, that means we can't also. We hope to remedy this in the near future!

I LIVE IN MICHIGAN AND HAVE A DAUGHTER IN GEORGIA THAT I WANT TO SEND A GIFT TO. IS THIS A PROBLEM?

No problem at all! When you click to purchase and enter our shopping cart, fill in YOUR billing information, but for the "ship to" address, simply fill in YOUR DAUGHTER'S home address. No item costs are exposed or listed on shipping itemized forms included within your shipment. If you didn't include a gift message, and your recipient contacts us to find out who their gift is from, under our Privacy Policy, we will only give them the sender's name.

WHAT ABOUT CHARGING STATE TAX ON MY PURCHASE?

We only charge state tax to Georgia residents and orders shipped to a Georgia address. Our company is located in Georgia, and we are required by law to charge Georgia State tax for these types of orders.
